Must not be scared of working hard, getting dirty, problem solving, managing contractors, negotiating, lifting heavy materials, putting in long hours, being flexible to get the job done. Looking for excellent communicator with people skills, detail oriented, willing to adapt, grow and change, have fun managing folks and working as a team player under deadlines. Must be resourceful and able to find, hire, and mange sub-contractors. Getting jobs done on time and under budget.
